Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the tourist rental of the apartments listed on this site. The contract is concluded when the booking engine issues a booking confirmation.

Booking and payment

Availability, rates, deposits and payment methods are those shown by the booking engine at the time of confirmation, and these prevail over any indicative amount shown on the apartment pages.

The rate includes utilities, linen, towels, final cleaning and VAT. The Comune di Ravenna tourist tax is excluded and is paid on site.

Cancellation

The applicable cancellation terms are those accepted at the time of booking.

Arrival, departure and use of the property

Arrival from 2:00 pm, departure by 10:00. Different times must be agreed in advance.

The number of guests may not exceed that stated on the apartment page. Subletting, parties and smoking indoors are all forbidden.

Pets are not allowed.

Registration obligations

By law we must collect and report the identity documents of all guests to the police within twenty-four hours of arrival. Without a valid document, the apartment cannot be handed over.

Damage and liability

The guest is liable for damage caused to the property and its furnishings during the stay. We are not liable for belongings left unattended in the apartments or in common areas.

Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction

Complaints should be sent to the email address given in Contact. Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile; the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available.
